The short version
We do not collect your data. We do not have servers that store it. We do not know who you are, and we have no way to find out. Everything you enter into this tracker stays in your browser — on your device — and goes nowhere else.
How your data is stored
This tool uses your browser's localStorage to save your symptom entries. LocalStorage is a standard browser feature that stores small amounts of data on your own device. It is separate from cookies and is not transmitted to any server.
Your data is only accessible from the same browser on the same device. If you clear your browser data or use a private/incognito window, your entries will not be saved after the session ends.
What we do not collect
- We do not ask for your name, email address, or any account information.
- We do not have a login system.
- We do not transmit your symptom logs to any server.
- We do not use third-party analytics that read your symptom data.
- We do not sell or share your data — because we never receive it in the first place.
Advertising
This site may display ads through Google AdSense. AdSense may use cookies to show you relevant ads based on your general browsing activity, as described in Google's advertising policies. These cookies are managed by Google and are separate from your health tracking data, which AdSense does not have access to.
If you prefer not to see personalized ads, you can opt out via Google Ad Settings.
Users in the European Union (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you additional rights.
Your symptom entries are stored entirely in your browser's localStorage and are never sent to our servers. Because this data never leaves your device, there is no personal health data for us to receive, store, or process.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic — it operates without cookies and does not collect personal information about individual visitors (Cloudflare privacy policy). Additionally, if ads appear, Google AdSense may set cookies for personalized advertising. Google acts as the independent data controller for those cookies and processes them under its own legal basis; we do not have access to them.
Under the GDPR, you may have the right to:
- Access personal data held about you
- Request deletion of your data
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Restrict or object to certain processing

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated.
Users in California (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you additional rights.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This is not merely a policy choice — as explained above, we do not collect personal information about you in the first place.
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the sale of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, reach us through our contact page.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
Clearing your data
You can delete all your tracking data at any time using the "Clear All My Data" option inside the tracker. You can also clear browser storage through your browser's settings. Either way, once deleted, the data is gone and cannot be recovered — we have no backup of it.
